About Me

Hi, I’m Marina, the founder of The Whole Method. My journey into health and wellbeing began with my own experience of long-term gut issues, which led me to look for lasting solutions. Through that process, I saw firsthand how powerful nutrition and movement are for transforming not only physical health but the overall sense of balance, energy, and confidence. 

What started as a personal search became a professional calling: helping others feel stronger, healthier, and more energised in their daily lives.

As a qualified Nutritional Therapist and Personal Trainer, I take a holistic approach that looks beyond short-term fixes. The Whole Method is about building strong foundations—developing consistency in movement, improving strength and fitness, nourishing your body with the right foods, and creating sustainable habits.
